DIRECTOR, IMAGING SERVICES

Location: Colorado

Type: Acute Care Facility

Reports to the Vice President of Professional Services, and collaborates with the Medical Director for Imaging Service to develop programmatic and operational plans/services for Memorial Health System’s Imaging Service Line. Responsible for translating MHS’s mission and vision into operating priorities/goals and achievement of strategic objectives. Provides administrative and clinical direction by planning, designing, organizing, staffing, developing programs, implementing controls and coordinating administrative, operational and technical activities for all hospital based and outpatient imaging operations across the market. Determines policies and prices. Directs the department Performance Improvement Program. Ensures compliance with regulatory and professional standards and guidelines for imaging operations. Coaches, develops, manages job performance of reports. Embodies and upholds MHS’s core values of compassion, integrity, quality, respect and teamwork.

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree is required.
Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of successful; senior-level; operational and strategic management experience within a multi-site acute care health system or radiology group practice setting.

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA); Healthcare Administration (MHA); or Public Health (MPH) is strongly preferred.
