MANAGER OF RADIOLOGY

Under the direction of the Director of Imaging Services, the Radiology Manager is responsible for overseeing the provision of imaging services for all patients of Memorial Health System. The Radiology Manager is held accountable for the development, organization, key collaborations and relationships, direction and financial success and operations of Radiology services at Memorial Health System. Responsible to promote, set direction and engage staff in the Mission, Vision, Core Objectives and Strategies of Memorial Health System. Defines and holds supervisors and staff responsible for operating priorities. Coaches, mentors, conducts performance appraisal and serves as the key retention officer for direct reports as well as Level I leaders (supervisor). Engages and collaborates with physicians in identifying opportunities, improvement, program development and capital budgeting. Demonstrates Trusted Colleague behaviors. Accountable for budget preparation, implementation, monitoring and adjustment as necessary to meet strategies, goals and objectives. Utilizes diagnostic tools and metrics to analyze data, trends and make recommendations to the Director of Imaging Services. The Radiology Manager ensures that Radiology provides optimal services, meets all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements; complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, and standards of the organization.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Current ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT credential required.
Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of radiology management experience in an acute care setting.
