DIRECTOR, ED & CRITICAL CARE

The Director leads by setting expectations, developing plans, and managing processes that measure, assess, and improve the quality of the hospital’s, management, clinical, and/or support activities. This position provides leadership to ensure that customers are satisfied and that their needs and expectations are met. The position also ensures the achievement of financial goals, continuous quality improvement, and compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements, while supporting the mission, vision, values and strategic objectives of White Memorial Medical Center. This position provides leadership for ICU and ED. Must have CA RN License, Masters Prepared, 3-5 years as Director with Critical Care experience. Preferably with similar size organization.

Masters degree is required
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support -required
