ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, ANCILLARY SERVICES

Sound clinical background such as a Registered Nurse, who has effectively provided leadership to ancillary departments.  This position will be part of the executive team under the direction of the Senior Vice President/Chief Nurse Executive.  The Associate Vice President for Ancillary Services will be responsible for Radiology, Laboratory, Cancer Center and Respiratory Therapy.  Candidate must have 3-5 years of progressive management.  This position requires excellent communication, critical thinking and leadership skills.  Firm understanding of JCAHO, Title 22 and other regulatory requirements.  Must have the ability to effectively integrate the clinical disciplines.  Master’s Degree required.
