The Pharmacy Director plans, organizes, supervises, and directs the operation of the Department of Pharmacy Services. Formulates policies and action plans to meet established goals and complexity of patient care needs. Requirements: Education: Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or B.S. degree with an advanced degree., M.S. or Ph.D., in Pharmacy or Healthcare Administration. License: Possesses a valid California license to practice Pharmacy in the State of California. Experience: Five (5) years of hospital pharmacy exp. Two (2) years of administrative experience.
