ADMINISTRATOR, CANCER CENTER (RN)

The Manager is a member of the Cancer Center patient care team. Focusing on patient and staff satisfaction in the areas of Radiation Oncology, and be responsible for removing obstacles preventing the staff from achieving clinical excellence. Emphasis is placed on business management, marketing with overall responsibility for improving patient processes, patient education, and physician needs. Individual will be responsible for the day to day and long range goals for the Cancer Center.
Education: BSN Degree, valid RN License in the state of California, BCLS certification for the healthcare provider, OCN certification would be beneficial. At least 3 years hospital or clinical management experience in an acute care setting. Responsible for assisting with budget and managing employees.
