Requirements:  RN Licensure & NRP/BLS. 2. BSN required, Masters in Nursing or related field, preferred. 3. Minimum of two years clinical experience as an RN. 4. Minimum of three years management experience in Level III NICU.    5.  Able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. 6. Able to demonstrate leadership abilities and effective problem solving skills. 7. Has sufficient physical and mental health to meet the demands of the position. 8. Experience with CCS and transport program is a plus.

Requirements: Education: Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or B.S. degree with an advanced degree., M.S. or Ph.D., in Pharmacy or Healthcare Administration. Experience: Five (5) years of hospital pharmacy exp. Two (2) years of administrative experience.

The Nursing Director is responsible for the overall management if the Perinatal and Pediatric Clinical areas ensuring quality outcomes. This includes the direction, coordination, planning and control of all activity within the division. Education: Current CA RN license; Masters in Nursing or related field. BA of Science in Nursing; Certified in area of specialty preferred. Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience as an RN and four years progressive Management experience. CCS criteria for NICU (2 years RN experience in level III NICU) preferred. Able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.  Strong Labor and Delivery experience required.  Must be outcomes oriented with a proven track record of accomplishments in the Maternal Child Areas.

Sound clinical background such as a Registered Nurse, who has effectively provided leadership to ancillary departments.  This position will be part of the executive team under the direction of the Senior Vice President/Chief Nurse Executive.  The Associate Vice President for Ancillary Services will be responsible for Radiology, Laboratory, Cancer Center and Respiratory Therapy.  Candidate must have 3-5 years of progressive management.  This position requires excellent communication, critical thinking and leadership skills.  Firm understanding of JCAHO, Title 22 and other regulatory requirements.  Must have the ability to effectively integrate the clinical disciplines.  Master’s Degree required.

The VP of Quality Resources oversees Quality, Risk, Safety and Infection Control.  Staff of 11 FTE’s.  Provide the leadership, direction, education, and support essential to the delivery of the highest quality, patient-centered health care for our community, and will play a critical role in designing the Center for Health System Excellence. The Director of System Quality will achieve this goal by addressing the facets of quality related to risk & safety, regulatory compliance, clinical quality, and service excellence.  This position will report to the Chief Medical Officer.  The leadership of the following areas will report directly to this position: Lean, Clinical Quality, Decision Support, Population Health, and Research and Innovation.

The Director of System Quality will also partner closely with the Director of Regulatory Compliance, ensuring that Risk Management, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, and Patient Satisfaction activities are integrated into the broader context of health system quality and learning.

The role of Director of System Quality directs and maintains service line and departmental activity; creates key collaborations and relationships that contribute to success of area of responsibility; incorporates innovation in department/service line; utilizes diagnostic tools to analyze data, trends, and make recommendations; implements strategic, operational and departmental/service line plans; defines and holds manager responsible for operating priorities; accountable for budget preparation and implementation; selects managers: coaches, mentors, retention officer for direct reports and Level I leaders (supervisors); engages and collaborates with physicians in capital budgeting & program development; directs and participates in Professional Development Planning Process.

Minimum Education:  Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum Experience: Direct experience in healthcare to include the foundations of Lean. Previous healthcare leadership experience.

Defines and holds managers and staff responsible for operating priorities. Coaches, mentors, conducts performance appraisal, and serves as the key retention officer for direct reports as well as Level I leaders (supervisor). Engages and collaborates with laboratory medical directors and medical staff in identifying opportunities, improvement, program development and capital budgeting. Demonstrates Trusted Colleague behaviors. Accountable for budget preparation, implementation, monitoring, and adjustment as necessary to meet strategies, goals, and objectives. Utilizes diagnostic tools and metrics to analyze data, trends, and make recommendations to the VP of Professional Services. The Director of Laboratory ensures that the laboratory provides optimal services, meets all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements; complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, regulatory agencies and standards of the organization.

Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in business, finance or healthcare related field, Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological Science, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Science.  Required Certification:  MT (ASCP) or CLS (NCA); previously qualified under 42 CFR 493.1472(3/14/1990) or fulfull responsibilities under CLIA-88
Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of laboratory experience. At least 2 years leadership/management in laboratory services.

Reports to the Vice President of Professional Services, and collaborates with the Medical Director for Imaging Service to develop programmatic and operational plans/services for Memorial Health System’s Imaging Service Line. Responsible for translating MHS’s mission and vision into operating priorities/goals and achievement of strategic objectives. Provides administrative and clinical direction by planning, designing, organizing, staffing, developing programs, implementing controls and coordinating administrative, operational and technical activities for all hospital based and outpatient imaging operations across the market. Determines policies and prices. Directs the department Performance Improvement Program. Ensures compliance with regulatory and professional standards and guidelines for imaging operations. Coaches, develops, manages job performance of reports. Embodies and upholds MHS’s core values of compassion, integrity, quality, respect and teamwork.

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree is required.
Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of successful; senior-level; operational and strategic management experience within a multi-site acute care health system or radiology group practice setting.

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA); Healthcare Administration (MHA); or Public Health (MPH) is strongly preferred.
