Requirements:  RN Licensure &amp; NRP/BLS. 2. BSN required, Masters in Nursing or related field, preferred. 3. Minimum of two years clinical experience as an RN. 4. Minimum of three years management experience in Level III NICU.    5.  Able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. 6. Able to demonstrate leadership abilities and effective problem solving skills. 7. Has sufficient physical and mental health to meet the demands of the position. 8. Experience with CCS and transport program is a plus.</p>

<p>The VP of Quality Resources oversees Quality, Risk, Safety and Infection Control.  Staff of 11 FTE&#8217;s.  Provide the leadership, direction, education, and support essential to the delivery of the highest quality, patient-centered health care for our community, and will play a critical role in designing the Center for Health System Excellence. The Director of System Quality will achieve this goal by addressing the facets of quality related to risk &amp; safety, regulatory compliance, clinical quality, and service excellence.   This position will report to the Chief Medical Officer.  The leadership of the following areas will report directly to this position: Lean, Clinical Quality, Decision Support, Population Health, and Research and Innovation.</p>
<p>The Director of System Quality will also partner closely with the Director of Regulatory Compliance, ensuring that Risk Management, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, and Patient Satisfaction activities are integrated into the broader context of health system quality and learning.</p>
<p>The role of Director of System Quality directs and maintains service line and departmental activity; creates key collaborations and relationships that contribute to success of area of responsibility; incorporates innovation in department/service line; utilizes diagnostic tools to analyze data, trends, and make recommendations; implements strategic, operational and departmental/service line plans; defines and holds manager responsible for operating priorities; accountable for budget preparation and implementation; selects managers: coaches, mentors, retention officer for direct reports and Level I leaders (supervisors); engages and collaborates with physicians in capital budgeting &amp; program development; directs and participates in Professional Development Planning Process.</p>
<p>Minimum Education:  Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.<br />
Minimum Experience: Direct experience in healthcare to include the foundations of Lean. Previous healthcare leadership experience.</p>
